You can join Blue Seas Protection at Fort Victoria on 24th February between 1pm-3pm for some half term coastal activities.
With the help of our new citizen scientist staff we
now have a variety of data for Sandown Bay.
Wanting to broaden our research; we are looking to
see what other species we have living around the
Isle of Wight. We are excited to hear of Cuckoo Ray
egg cases washing up on the west of the island.
With this news we are hoping to get out during the
half term and conduct a survey at Fort Victoria
beach. This will be held on the 24th of February,
If anybody wishes to join us for this as a volunteer
feel free to contact us at
blueseasprotection@gmail.com. Please wrap up
warm and bring hand sanitizer if you plan on joining
us on the day. We are always looking for more hands
on deck!
