Update from Public Rights of Way
Unfortunately, it will become necessary to close off the slipway to the beach at Brambles Chine and we will erect the closure signage on Monday morning (26 April 2021). The Rights of Way team has been working hard to try and find a solution to the access problems and hopefully we will have a better idea next week after we have met with our contractor.
If you are not already aware the wooden beach access steps had been damaged and had been barricaded off ready for future repairs and reinstatement, leaving the slipway structure. However, it is now necessary for formally close this.
