As heavy rains and flooding are becoming increasingly frequent, Freshwater Parish Council has a limited supply of Aqua-Sacs available for residents to buy at the cost price of £4.81 per bag.
(Collection from the Freshwater Parish Council office – 10am-Noon, Mon-Fri).
Aqua-Sacs are a lightweight re-usable alternative to heavy sandbags.
In order to allow as many as possible to benefit from this, the offer is limited to five Aqua-Sacs per household.
