Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1600 hours on Wednesday 14 May 2025 until 1600 hours on Friday 25 July 2025, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any pedestrian or cyclist to proceed along Longhalves Lane between its junction with School Green Road and its junction with Parkers Hill for a distance of 315metre. The Footpath closure due to dangerous third-party tree.
UPDATE FROM ISLAND ROADS: The Isle of Wight Council (Moa Place, Freshwater, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 1 2025
Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one shift, between Monday 19 May 2025, and Wednesday 21 May 2025, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Moa Place, Freshwater, between its junctions with School Green Road and its junction with Brookside Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repair works.
