Three Isle of Wight Council by-elections will take place on Thursday 1 May 2025 in the wards of Central Rural, Freshwater South and Lake North. Nominations to stand in the the three electoral divisions close at 4pm on Wednesday 2 April. Nomination packs can be downloaded here. For anyone wishing to vote in these elections, the following dates are relevant:

There are also Town, Parish & Community Council elections across the Island on Thursday 1 May and the same deadlines apply. Polling stations for all contested elections will be open from 7am to 10pm. |
